doulaco.app — the operating system for doula agencies

Doulaco, operated by The Doula Collective LLC, is a scheduling and client-management platform for doula agencies and their practitioners. It brings client CRM, contracts, scheduling, invoicing, email campaigns, on-call management, and a white-label client portal into one login built for birth work. The application runs at go.doulaco.app.

Google Calendar integration

Doulas can connect their Google Calendar so Doulaco reflects their real availability on their public booking page — clients only see the times the doula is genuinely free. When a client books, reschedules, or cancels, Doulaco creates and keeps that appointment up to date on the connected Google Calendar, giving the doula one source of truth for their schedule.

How Doulaco uses Google user data

Doulaco requests read-only access to your calendar list and free/busy times (calendar.readonly) and permission to create and manage the appointment events it books for you (calendar.events). It reads only your free/busy times — never the content of your other calendar events — and it manages only the events it creates. You can disconnect at any time.
